If this has been discussed, please point me in the right direction. I checked the first two pages and didn't see my exact situation.

I have an iWatch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular), iPhone Xs and iPad Pro (late 2018 edition). When using either my Xs or Pro, I can delete an iMessage and it will then delete across the entire Apple platform, including my iWatch.

However, if I try to delete an SMS text message from Xs, it will not delete message on iWatch (iPad Pro is not set up to receive SMS text message as it is WiFi only).

If looking at iWatch and I receive an iMessage or SMS text message and delete it from my watch, the messages will still appears on my Xs and Pro (excluding SMS text message here, for reason stated above).

Are there any workable solutions to where if I delete an iMessage or SMS text message from Xs or iWatch, it will delete from all devices (excluding Pro, for reason stated above)?

I do have Messages turned on in the Cloud. Not sure if that makes a difference?

Been mentioned dozens of times

SMS do not get deleted like iMessage for some reason

Oh and it’s Apple Watch, not iWatch!
