Hi there! I’m planning to get an iWatch / 44mm. I have read it somewhere that the ECG sensors & Emergengy call only works in the US. Is this true?
Thank you.

emergency call works in several countries... ECG at the moment only in the US (actually, in the US it will be available within the end of the year)

Thanks for your reply. Any idea when they are going to launch ECG world-wide? I’m more interested in the ECG side of it.
Thanks.

It's all dependent on getting regulatory approval in your country, it'll roll out as and when this is received. In the U.K. for example, we can be waiting for many months, unless Apple get EU approval before Brexit.
