iWeb '08 and Sitemapping

I am having a lot of trouble getting a sitemap to generate for my website that I built using iWeb.

It will only generate a map for the very first page and none of the rest of them. Has anyone else had this issue?

I think I have it figured out...

In iWeb '08, your top navigation bar is created using Java which is not recognized during sitemapping as a navigation bar. If you create a text version at the bottom of the page that replicates the navigation on top, the sitemap appears to come out correctly.
