iweb 09 - editing a 'downloadable' page

A relatively new user to iweb, i have set up a site, but one page links to a downloadable word document.
My current problem is how to adjust that document - its a list which I change every few weeks on the web page, but i also offer it as a download document for people to print out.
Obviously editing the webpage list doesnt automatically change the printable doc, so how do i separate that doc out from the file 'bundle' in 'domain', in order to edit it and make necessary changes, so that it matches the updated webpage list?
