iWeb '09 Help... Keeps Opening Separate Page For Each Link

Here is the link to the site i'm working on.

I want the links the point to a page outside of my own to open in a new window. I have that down.

Except for the first page, all other links to pages within my site still open up in a new window.The option for disabling this is not there.

Please help. I know nothing of HTML.

P.S. and while I'm thinking about it, is there a way to make my address in the address bar only show my domain name without the subfolders?

I have tried everything from making none of the pages open up in a new window (which just makes the external links open in the same window) to making new buttons and nothing seems to work.
