iWeb "Anchor" style links...???

I need to make a kind of "anchor" links in my site, on an FAQ page. Is there anyway you can hyperlink to a part of the page, so it scrolls down to that chunck? It's dead easy on dreamweaver, but I don't have it any more. Anyone know of a solution on iWeb?
