iWeb and favicon, i need help?

So i took screen shots for you. My site is www.tofitness.ca

i am trying to add a favicon but it just doesnt seem to work. So i am asking for some help.

Where do i localize the favicon.ico file in my folder, and where do i put it in the server FTP files? I am very new at this.
