iweb and seo cant find my files

hi

please can anybody help i have been trying to make my site more visable and have downloaded seo tool from rage. It seems simple but im stuck at the first hurdle. i go to open website but cant find it.

i tried the one in the libary>application support but wouldnt let me open it. I have a ftp folder on my desktop but it doesnt seem to have anything much inside just one html page. ( im not using mobile me)

i would be so happy if i could find this out have been trying for ages

in iweb.... change your site profile to publish to local folder. Then go to file and Publish ENTIRE site. This will push all page html files and the page folders to that local folder.

This will create a folder: ..../chosenfolder/sitename/CONTENT....

Go to Rage SEO Tool and open website. Browse to the where you published your full site until you get to the sitename folder and choose that. Fill in the information for each page, title tags, meta tags, etc. and apply

Rage overwrites those files that you published from iweb. Then take a FTP client and upload those files to your web host.

Keep in mind everytime you republish your site or changes that you will need to repeat the above process.

Great advice Alpha. Rage SEO is what I use with my iWeb sites for SEO and it tags them perfectly.
