Okay so I have used iWeb for a few websites and I had of course seperate domain files that I would access to make changes, etc. Whn I upgraded to Lion, the install totally whiped out my iWeb files. Even when I go back and try to open an older back up of the file it still does not work what the POO APPLE! You could have warned us about this before installing Lion. I mean I heard that they were no longer supporting it but I didn't think that meant screwing up my files. Anyone else have this issue?

iWeb under Lion does not support multiple Domain files. It will only access the one located in ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb. If you have several different websites, broken up across different Domain files, the only way you're going to be able to manage it all on a single computer is by creating additional user accounts for however many Domain.sites files you have, and signing out/back in to one when you need to publish changes.
