iWeb and uploading photos

Hi everyone!

I'm creating a website, and I want to allow users to upload their photos to my website into a gallery. I would also like users to add information about the photos to allow a photo search engine inside the website to search for the photos in the database using different keywords, something like airliners.net has.
Is there a way to do this using iWeb?? I have iWeb '09 and I'm not uploading my site to a MobileMe account, I'm using godaddy.com hosting.
