Hello,

I am very new to iWeb and am just now getting to the point of publishing my first site. I am completely ready to publish the site but I am afraid I will have problems with the domain name. The site I am making is a replacement to an already existing site that is still up and running today so the problem is I want the same domain name (cscfarm.com) but I have no idea how to change the name over to me. I have permission from the current owner of the site and she wants me to use the same domain name and I have a contact number to the person that runs the current site but I don't even know what to ask him to do. Do I have to make him shut down his site for me to use the name or can the name simply be transfered through iWeb? Also, I saw something on here about an iWeb site using .web instead of .com, is that true and how would it be switched over to .com?
