iWeb External Hyperlink mms:// not working

I am trying to make an external link in iWeb lead to a mms:// video streaming URL rather than http://. However, if I enter it into the hyperlink field, the link just reverts to http://livepage.apple.com/ This is only with the mms:// address and not http. Any ideas how to get this to work? My temporary solution is to edit the HTML file after publishing but it is very annoying to have to do that. Any help is appreciated.

iWeb External Hyperlink mms:// not working

not sure if this is your same issue,
I have a text field with a hyperlink, that always redirects to http://livepage.apple.com/
however, it seems that there are 2 different hyperlinks, one for the text field and another one for the text itself (the letters)
when I select the text field, on the inspector I get the web I entered
when I select the text inside that text field, on the inspector I get the livepage.apple web
