iWeb Help : Change Blog languages and Date format

Hi,
I decided to make a blog using iWeb. I'm having a problem with the "Read more.." link. It seems I cant change the color, or delete this link. It also dont change to portuguese, like everything else. I tried everything.
Another thing I am having problem with is the date format. I was able to change it once, but now I cant.
I really need help with those things. THank you in advance !
