Hello, I am currently in charge for a student organization club for my school.
I want the members of the club to submit new t-shirt designs for our club through the website. So how can I make them upload an image, and make it come to me? Thank you so much!

Why not get them to email you the image? Probably the easiest way.

You can use the help of a third party website to do a discussion on your website with iWeb. You only have to register in the third party website and then copy the code they provide you and paste it using a widget in your iWeb site.

One of the sites i am using is the following http://www.nabble.com/

It's working fine and you can create a photo gallery and people can interact with you
