iWeb help. Publishing one site at a time??

Looking for some help with iWeb. Currently, I use it to maintain my own site under MobileMe, but I'm also using it to create a website for our families company. I created a separate site for the new website, so my site and the new one are two separate things. But for some reason, whenever I try to publish and update my site, it wants to upload the new site under my account at the same time. Does anyone know a way to get over this??

I noticed the same issue with iWeb 08; no matter whether I used 'Publish to Mobile Me', 'Publish All to Mobile Me' or 'Publish to a folder', iWeb just published everything. I just ended up deleting the sites I didn't want once they'd been published.
