iWeb help!

Hi, I am new to this forum.

I transferred my iWeb sites to my new (Mac) laptop…and it works great.
I want to start transferring all my sites to 1and1 (because of the iCloud move) but I can't find the files for the sites.
I looked on-line for help…everything says the file should be, username/library/application support/iweb or Domain.sites2 but there's nothing…I have searched with Alfred as well with no luck

Any suggestions?
They must be on my computer…I just don't know where.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

In Finder, Go > Library, while holding [Option]. Now you can go to Application Support, and then the iWeb folder.

I found it!

...but...There is one file there...an image of one of my sites, it says Domain.
When I click on it, it opens up my iWeb.
There are no file folders to transfer...hmmm...
