How do you chose not to use iWeb's hideous themes and add your own html or flash format?

Like this site was made with iWeb but they don't use iWeb's themes. How did they do that?

Just choose the white or black theme, erase the default elements, and start from scratch. Don't try to use flash though, not particularly worth trying.
