iWeb is Crashing and data is lost...

I lost a few files from iWeb and they will not load. I tried to retrieve them from my Time Capsule and it does not work. I try to delete, the now blank page, and replace it with a recreated one and iWeb freezes and will close down. I am stuck, unable to do anything in iWeb without it freezing and closing abruptly...
Please anyone help...
