[iWeb] Load background once

Is it possible to load the background and navigation bar once? I find it very ugly that for every page you visit on my site the whole page will be loaded up, including the background and navigation bar.

Can I do something that the background and navigation bar will stay when changing pages?

That would involve using frames, which iWeb won't use. A visitor's browser should cache the images, which should minimize the need to re-download images on the page.
