Hello all,
Here's the short of it.
I record a Quicktime video of my screen using Quicktime. The videos are a really large size and I want to reduce them. So, I then convert that mov using Smart Converter Pro. The setting I use is the iPod/iPhone setting.
It spits out an m4v.
When I create an iWeb page using the podcast page, and insert the m4v video, after the page is published the video will not load. All that shows is the Quicktime logo and a question mark.
Interestingly enough, if I just create a link on the page to the m4v file, the video will load.
I tried using the preset for movie too and I got the same question mark over the Quicktime logo.
Does anybody know why this wont work? Does it have anything to do with it being an m4v file?
Thanks in advance.
