Iweb made site-Youtube vid wont play on iphone

I have an family site i put together. I put a you tube video there for those who dont have QT it should still play. I try to access it via my Iphone and the youtube video wont play. I get the play button with a circle and line through it. Any thoughts?

im pretty sure that computer youtube is different than iphone youtube

the iphone can't do the "real" Youtube (because it is flash). but they have encoded some so that they work with the iphone.
