iWeb not saving changes in published folder

Hi
Im having a problem with iWeb08
I have built a website and made some changes to pages
I save then publish to a folder
I then view the published site
The changes to one particular page are not there
I have tried deleting the old website folder
and also restarting iWeb
Can anyone please help?
