iweb - posting to 3rd party site

I am building a website for the first time using iweb. I would like to post on a free site. The website asks me to upload the document. I can't figure out where iweb stores its files (or the extension used). Suggestions? thanks

iWeb has a built-in FTP process to upload with. If your web host isn't supported, then you'll need to publish to a folder from iWeb then use a FTP program to upload the site. Check out the iWeb help for more details.
