I really need help with publishing on iWeb. I was wondering if you guys knew any really good free ftp host things.
1. Or in a more simple question, is there a free website that I can use to get my website online with a URL address?
2. Or is there a way to turn my HTML address into a URL??

I'll try to answer your questions

Free FTP programs? Cyberduck, Filezilla
well if you're wanting to use iweb you will have to buy a domain name and pay for it to be hosted on if you want to upload the website or you can use Apple's mobile me, but you still have to pay for that.

if you just want a free website, try bravenet or freewebs .... but you won't be able to use iweb for that

I am not sure about your #2 question.

Hey, I'm so confused. I bought a domain name under 3iX.org and I'm using Easy iWeb Publisher. What do I fill in under "Upload website to: ftp://" ?

That'll be to your domain or host address. You need to contact your web host about that information as it's different for every host.
