iWeb is able to publish to a folder. You can then upload that folder to whatever server you want.

In iWeb, publish to a folder on your disk, then use your favorite publishing tool to upload the folder to a website of your choice. Most sites allow FTP transfer, so a ftp tool like CyberDuck will work. You can't use all of iWeb's features if you go this route. Slideshows are not as fancy for example.
