iWeb slideshow help

i'm building my first iWeb site, and trying to set up my pictures page. When i drag pictures from iPhoto to where the placeholders are now, they replace them, which is as i expect. The problem is when I then publish and view the site and click to see the slideshow, it shows the apple placeholder images.

I'm sure someone out there can help me with this as i'd really like to get the pictures online to share with my family.
