iWeb Tutorials/Help

So its been a while since I did anything such as web developement goes, and I guessed starting at the bottom again was the best way, so I was trying to learn how to properly use iWeb.

So do you know of any tutorials for iWeb that I can use? Also, is there any way to get a totally blank page? I know you can choose blank from the different layouts, but I want totally blank. Mainly I just dont want the links to be in a line at the top of the page if possible. Cheers.

I don't know about a blank page as such, but you can opt not to show the links at the top of the page by unchecking Display Navigation Menu in the Page Inspector.
