iWeb - work on more than one machine

I am creating a web site in iWeb on my desktop Emac system. I want to save the work done and transfer the file so I can work on the site in iWeb on my macbook Pro. I cannot seem to save the iWeb site anywhere but in the iWeb program itself. Am I missing something here? :confused:
