iWork 09 and serial no. from different region

Hi, I'm from Poland, but my uncle is from US and he is going to buy for me iWork 09, but I mean only serial no. I've got trial version, set on Polish language and region in my Leopard set on Poland, so if I use serial bought via Apple Store Online to activate my trial of iWork 09, there will be no problems?
