when I go to install, no folder is in my applications, it goes straight to desktop with a cardboard box icon. When I go to open it, I get the eligible keynote application message and I can't seem to download it.
I've tried a few other sites, all of which I have gotten the same results. I've read through the forums but nothing seems to address my problem. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
