I just installed Iwork 2009 and it installed I entered my serial and I opened pages and tried to type and nothing shows up same with keynotes and numbers. I have no idea why it's not working I updated iwork to the latest update through software update. I have no idea what could be causing it.

Make sure you have opened a word processing page not a Page Layout page.
You have to use text boxes for page layout.
A restart may settle the update.

Have restarted I'm choosing word processing and I still get a blank page I can type but nothing shows.
