I am not in USA at moment. Is it possible to download from Apple and just buy the autentication code?

iWork '09 is available now. You can download the trial from Apple's website & buy a serial number for either a single or family pack online.

iLife '09 isn't out yet.

iWork, yes. iLife is too big for download, disc only.

iWork 09 you can download and use now, but it would probably be better to have a Disc for Backup purposes. I would wait for its release to get it

Burn the trial .dmg file to a CD (451 MB) & you'll have a backup.

Of course you would still need the serial number to validate. Obviously you already legally own the product, but if there is no difference in cost and the disc version is more convenient, than why not?
