iWork coming to iPhone/iPod touch?

What do you guys think, is this happening? If so, when?

I think that would be such a huge selling point, and I can't see it being too terribly difficult to downsize the iPad version.

Have there been any major rumors about this that I have missed? I'm hoping for it by the end of the year. Around 4.2?
