I have a Macbook Pro from 2009. I am having issues with exporting documents to become .ppt, .doc, etc. I get the error message, "The file format is invalid." I think this may have something to do with the fact that I accidentally deleted files from the smart folder, "All Documents."

Here is the back story. Prior to deleting the files, I was not aware of what the "all Documents" folder was. My girlfriend accidentally clicked on the "All Documents" smart folder and saw explicit pictures that were stored there from office emails that I receive. I thought that those pictures somehow saved to my computer so I deleted a large section from "All Documents." I'm not exactly sure what I deleted but they are no longer in my trashcan as it has been emptied. Could this have to do with the errors I am receiving from iWork? If so, how can I fix it? Help, PLEASE! :(
