iWork Numbers: Advanced line graph

Hi forumites,

I am trying to produce a line graph, with marker lines. I have attached an image of the type of graph I am looking to create.

Currently - I am displaying the systematic numbering (5-24) as part of the linegraph (basically a smooth gradient) but clearly this is not what I am after.

Any help/advice much appreciated.
