iwork on Mac Book Pro 2017 & Ventura

[Mac2011trouble]

Hello
I have done a clean installation of Ventura OS in this 2017 Mac Book Pro.

I don't see iWork (pages, numbers.,or key note).
In App store in my account has it with a cloud sign next to it.

Do I have to separately down load it?
Is it not part of the OS?

You have to download the apps separately. It is not "part of" macOS.
