iWorks Numbers Bug

I swear I've searched and I can't find what I'm looking for.

First: How do you go about reporting a bug about iWorks Numbers? The support forums or really just users like us. The support center is for hardware or store issues. I can't find any software support.

Next: When I attach \& "text"\ (minus the "\") to a formula constrained to 1 digit after the decimal, it will sometimes return 14 digits with a trailing 1. That is, 0.00...01 then add the text. Bug report?
