I didnt get much of a reply on the last time I asked, so lets try this with pictures. I want to make one spreadsheet with all the info (plain spreadsheet pic) and have another sheet (colorful spreadsheet pic) that will update with changes made to the plain spreadsheet.
Is what I want to do possible at all? or am I trying to do too much?

I don't think linking spreadsheets in Numbers is possible. Do you have access to Excel?

If so then you will need to link the Master (plain) spreadsheet cells with the colourful one. Depending on the data within the Master, and the type of calculations needed, these formulas could get reasonably complicated, however it could be done.
