IzyMail Problem??

I'm not a really tech guy so please keep that in mind.

I had the guy at the Apple store set up my Hotmail through IzyMail and recently I've been having some problems. I'm starting to get "this message was not downloaded from the server" and "ths message has no content" error messages.

It seems as though 80% to 90% of my emails are showing up like this and frankly, I'm getting tired of it. Is it an IzyMail or something else. What, if anything can I do to get all of my emails?

How long have you used this izymail?
izymail is not free, your account might reach free period

What did Izymail say when you asked them about this issue?
Did you check the Izymail support forums?
Did you open a trouble ticket with them?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Basically, you have to delete your account info. and then re-enter everything and it works as it should.
