Thinking if I should restore and just update to 7.0.6. I've been having issues but very little issues while jail broken nothing serious but I'm thinking if I should go back to stock and update to 7.0.6. Also I hear 7.1 should be here anytime now

I would recommend restoring to iOS 7.0.6 as soon as possible and jailbreaking again because it might fix whatever issues you are having. Then, don't update to iOS 7.1 when it comes out because it can't be jailbroken, at least not yet.

Depends if you actually need anything available on a jailbroken handset. If not, sack it, get the latest update restored to it.

All I would have to do is just plug to iTunes then press restore right? I don't have put into dfu?

Might wanna keep iOS7 as early as possible. Apple is patching everything. iOS8 will take a year or so to figure a hack for it...
