Jail broken restore

I can't get my iPhone to be well...Unjailbroken
I keep trying to reset it with itunes and get
unknown error occurred 3194
or
unknown error occurred 3004
(3004 rarely)
The in phone reset doesn't work at all, I already tried to tinyumbrella fix for it, could it be my ipsw file for 1.6.3 has something wrong with it when I try and use itunes?
Basically I want the phone out of the box (Factory reset) without upgrading from 6.1.3 to iOS 7, I do not want iOS 7

Restores to 6.1.3 will not work.

Are you sure about that Hacker?

OP - have you saved your SHSH blobs? If so, and you are running an iPhone 4, something similar to these instructions (using Redsnow) might work,

I am sure that a Apple "Sanctioned" restore to ios 6.1.3 is not possible which is what the OP wanted to do when he said unjailbreak his phone.

To wipe and keep 6.1.3 you'll need semi restore or iLex Rat..
