Jailbrake instalation on iTouch

Hi All.
I just got iTouch 1.1.1 and would love to use additional futures available (at least use the calendar).
I know that to do this, the Jailbrake have to be used, but what do i do?
Appreciate help, (possible tutorial thread on how to ?)
I am using PC and iTunes, would the usage of PC would be a problem ?

Upgrade to 1.1.2 and you'll get calendar use.

i havw read that to jailbrake U have to downgrade to 1.1.1.
Also my Safari is not recognasing (apparently cannot find server).
Appreciate help.
