jailbreakme only is for 4.3.3 and I bought my ipad sunday and unfortunately it has 4.3.5. Will I probably have to wait til iOS5 for a jailbroken version?

There are probably 20+ threads on the "Ipad Hacks" section asking the same thing. If you are interested in following jailbreak info, you might want to check there and not in this main section.

As for your assumption, it's a correct one. There is currently no way to jailbreak 4.3.5 and under your situation you will be unable currently to downgrade to 4.3.3.
