Hello,

I just used the pangu jailbreak for 9.1 on my iPad air 2.

I am trying to download cydia.angelxwind.net in the repo but every time I try I get:

"Verification Error"
A server with that specified hostname could not be found.

This is not an internet problem because I am able to connect to websites using safari on my iPad fine.

I haven't jailbroken in the past few years, so not sure if I am doing something wrong or need to add something else to make it work?

I thought maybe the issue was iOS 9.1 so I also tried the same thing using the pangu jailbreak using iOS 8.4.1 on my iPhone 6 and am having exactly the same problem with the verification error.

Also, if I try to download AppSync Unified by clicking "view in cydia" on their site I get the following error:

"Cannot Open Page"
Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.

Does anyone know how to help?

Is there a properly working JB for 9.2 yet that I should just go ahead and upgrade?

Thank in advance for your help!

Thanks for the reply,

I still get the error. I get the error almost immediately as if it isn't even trying or working at all...

It is the Semi Jailbreak, and then from the semi jailbreak app that is downloaded I download the Lydia (untethered demo) and the description is:

"This is the untethered Lydia as the full jailbreak. However many functions are not working without full system root access. (with semi jailbreak). This is 100% same for the untethered jailbreak cydia visually, but not functionally."

Just out of curiosity.....where did you find that Pangu jailbreak for 8.4.1 and 9.1?

Restore to iOS 9.2 because it looks like you fell for one of the shady jailbreak apps since there is no known "working" jailbreak for anything beyond 9.0.2 as of yet.

My understanding is there is still no legitimate jailbreak for iOS 8.4.1 either.
