Jailbreak acting weird

Everything was working Just fine and all of a Sudden. The icons are all over the corner. Screen is messed up. I can see red blue green color changing in the middle..

Can someone help?

It's in "iPod Touch mode". Respring and it should return to normal. If that doesn't, start uninstalling the most recently installed things in Cydia. One of them could be causing that to happen.
 
Respring into Safe Mode, then respring regularly. If that doesn't fix it, you may have to restore.
