Jailbreak and Unlock Iphone 3g 4.0.1

I know i can jailbreak the phone using the Jailbreakme.com website. How can I unlock it to use on tmobile though? I have a new iphone 4 that is on AT&T but i'm looking to sell the 3g and would like it unlocked so I will receive more for it.

is that all i need to do? sorry for the noob questions, the only other time i jailbroke it i was using blackra1n and it was done on 3.1.2
