Jailbreak and Warranty

Who knows how jailbreaking affects the warranty.

I'm not talking unlocking... just jailbreaking

I had and then lost a jailbroken 1G and never tried to take it in to the genius bar after the jailbreak... and when I got my second 1G i didn't jailbreak because I thought 2.0 was going to come out... well it didn't and now I have the 3G

So does anybody know if an apple genius would now if you restore a jailbroken phone?

If its restored they shouldn't be able to notice unless they go hunting very deep.
