Jailbreak App: Automatic ring tone volume adjustment

I saw an Android app that I have been wanting for years. It will automatically adjust your ring tone volume based on location or date/time. So I can tell it when I am in class and it will automatically be silent. Or I can tell it where school is and anytime I am within X feet/yards etc. it will adjust accordingly.

I know there is not an app that does this for the regular AppStore, how about Cydia?
