Can you give more detail of what you mean? For people who never heard of the app, they won't understand you
Don't know about a current JB tweak that's similar, but QuickTap in the regular App Store performs most of the same functions Launcher did. Still available as of yesterday, people were talking about it in the iOS 8 forum on the NC widgets thread.
