I've been looking to see if there's an easier way than to just install from cydia, I've seen programs such as cyder and installerapp, but either they dont exist now or not available on Mac.
Are there any iTunes-like GUI's that can let you manage your installed apps, mods etc and sync it to a jailbroken iOS device yet?
